Delivery to the courier takes place within 24 hours
We ship our legal hemp inflorescences with anonymous package, packaged in convenient sealed and resealable sachets, in this launch phase the cost is completely free for orders over € 30, in case you choose the cash on delivery as a method, there will be a surcharge of € 4.
We use BRT 24/48 or SDA Express as a type of courier, shipping takes place the day after the order (from Monday to Friday), orders paid on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will leave the following Monday.
Included services:
1) Free shipping for orders over € 30 (disadvantaged not included in the offer)
2) In case of orders over € 30 but in a disadvantaged area there will be a supplement of € 4
3) For orders less than € 30 the shipping cost is € 7, for disadvantaged areas € 10 (depending on the area)
4) The Disadvantaged Areas are the smaller islands - Venice lagoon - Livigno (25€) - Champions of Italy (60€)
5) Cash on delivery +4€ (minimum order of 30€), a call may be made to confirm the data. In case of lack of a valid telephone number, the order will be put on hold.
6) The cost of cash on delivery also includes the call from the courier before delivery.
7) Tracking - Once shipped, the order, a tracking will be inserted, which can be consulted directly from your profile or on the guest page (in case of purchases without registration)
8) Return in case of absence- If you are not present, the shipment will be delivered the next day for a total of three attempts.
9) Hold of deposit - Upon your notice, the shipment can be picked up at the nearest post office.
10) € 5 discount voucher on the first purchase (Just enter the recommended discount voucher at checkout.) Valid for orders over 40€
11) Anonymous package - The goods are sent in BRT or SDA envelopes with the words "Technical Material"
